During these past few weeks of praying with one an During these past few weeks of praying with one another during online Masses and supporting each other through online ministry, God has helped us forge friendships as a community. Friendship like what God has with us: by being faithfully present and patiently accompanying; by always forgiving and restoring; and by forever loving us. Such friendship helps our faith stay alive.

Fr Rob Galea shares in his reflection "Do Catholics need to go to Church?" that it is the Church as community that believers are nourished and supported in life and faith, in prayer and acts of charity. Cut off from the Church, our faith faces the possibility of diminishing or dying.

"The virtue of chastity blossoms in friendship... "The virtue of chastity blossoms in friendship... Whether it develops between persons of the same or opposite sex, friendship represents a great good for all. It leads to spiritual communion."

Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2347

Whether or not your life is unfolding in the way you had dreamed, don't despair. God has not given up on you. He desires your happiness above all else. Trust is not easy, but He is waiting, ready to give you the grace, and to teach you how to trust in His love for you. All you need to do is ask.

Let us stay focused on God's faithfulness and good Let us stay focused on God's faithfulness and goodness; they are God's way of reminding us that He is working in our lives and, through us, for others.
Trust and Hope in God. These give us courage to recognise that God is present in our sadness and suffering.
More so, they fill us with confidence that God will accompany us to that brighter, happier day.

Let us pray that we continue to let God lead us onward at this time.
