Points for Reflection

• The wolf – viewed as a problem, as a threat, condemned, rejected, misunderstood
• The villagers – felt threatened, in despair, hearts hardened, willing to offer reconciliation
• St. Francis – fearless, willing, total trust in God, compassionate, peace seeking

Can we identify with either or all of the above characters in the story? At different stages of  life, we are like one of the characters, how did we feel?
